今天对测试库发出shutdown immediate命令后观察日志发现如下内容：
tue may 12 09:52:45 2015
shutdown: active processes prevent shutdown operation
shutdown被活动的进程阻止了，，ctrl+c无法中断当前回话，退出重连服务器，打开新的会话：
[oracle@021y-sh-bkap ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
sql*plus: release 11.2.0.1.0 production on tue may 12 09:54:17 2015
copyright (c) 1982, 2009, oracle. all rights reserved.
connected.
sql> shutdown immediate
ora-24324: service handle not initialized
ora-24323: value not allowed
ora-01089: immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitted
sql> startup abort
ora-01031: insufficient privileges
查看报错信息
[oracle@021Y-SH-BKAP ~]$ oerr ora 01089
01089, 00000, "immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitted"

退出会话再次重新连接
