RAC hosts没有配置导致TNS-12541: TNS:no listener
tns-12541: tns:no listener
这次错误我总结一下有三种情况
1. 本地监听程序没有开起来
2. 服务器网络到客户端网络不通
3. hosts里面配置问题
[Oracle@his1 admin]$ tnsping crds3db2 客户端tnsping提示程序无监听

到oracle用户查看监听状态为正常，但是有一个节点1ip没有注册到节点2监听上面

把里面删除his1 因为两个计算名冲突导致监听只注册到127.0.0.1
