markdown的表格中，如果某个cell内容过多，怎么折行？

如果我某个cell中的内容过长呢。怎么处理呢。麻烦大神现身，google了好久『markdown中表格内容折行』没有找到解决办法。
我自己试验的是（错误的）：

markdown原生的没有换行，也许某种变种的有，但起码原生没有。
你可以用html的换行br。
